Love, Joy, Peace...
Pastor Thomas Raynor began with very humble beginnings. His great grandmother would take him to church with her every Sunday. He started singing in the youth choir at the age of ten, and participated in many other church activities. A flame was ignited and a love for God, and the Church of Christ began.

Pastor Raynor surrendered his life to God in January 1988 at the EverReady Full Gospel Tabernacle. He answered the call to ministry in 1990 while under the leadership of Dr A Faye Baker. He worked hard and studied faithfully. During this time he moved outside denominational barriers and pursuit further studies at the Goldsboro-Raleigh Institute. Pastor Raynor received his first Elder Ordination in 1992 under the Apostle A Ray Frazier and Dr A Faye Baker. He later served several years under the leadership of Overseer Dr Curtis Lee at the Evangelical Fellowship Center. Pastor Raynor received his Elder Ordination from the Goldsboro-Raleigh District Assembly in 2008. He served as the Fayetteville West District Elder in this Assembly for two years before being installed as pastor elect of the Clifton Chapel Church of Christ in 2010. He faithfully serves there for nine years. In July of 2019 Pastor Raynor accepted an invitation to serve as the pastor elect of the Running Branch Church of Christ. First Lady Linda Raynor has been by his side faithfully serving God’s people. She has been an instrumental part of ministry, and loved by all.

Pastor Raynor has been married to lady Linda Raynor for the past forty years. They have three adult children with eight wonderful grandchildren. They both work tirelessly for the cause of Christ. Building strong Christian family ties are their passion. Motto: " I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me"
